Winter Facts and Tips of the day

In winter we feel less thirsty therefore drink less. It is crucial we keep our skin and the rest of us hydrated. Clear soups and herbal teas along with plenty of water will keep us hydrated inside and out and help flush out toxins.

  1. Don't forget a warm water with a slice of lemon in the morning, I enjoy this so much more in Winter than summer and it's great for flushing toxins and kick starting your day! Also, I'd suggest getting a water consumption app on your smart phone, perfect way to make sure your getting enough water each day - there are some great free ones to use!

  4. I've been drinking a lot of hot tea lately on top of my normal amount of water. I've been feeling really dried out with the heat on all the time.
