My Morning Skin Routine
Saturday, July 06, 2013
I did my everyday make up routine a few days ago and was asked if i could do my skin care routine. Not one to disappoint, here it is.
As you can see from the picture above at the moment I am using mainly Liz Earle products.
(Here I am Fresh out of bed)
Step 1 - Cleanse and Polish
I am using Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser in a morning and at night. I do use the Muslin cloth on a night but my friend got me a little face brush which is so soft and gentle and is suppose to get into the pores on your face that you normally miss.
So I pop a little onto the wet brush and work into my face in little circular motions to deeply cleanse my face. I cannot explain to you how soft this brush is it is gorgeous.
I then add some warm water to my brush and work it into my face to remove some of the cleanser.
Step 2 - Tone and Revitalise
I always feel good after toning my face as it get the final bits of makeup left after cleansing. The one im using is Liz Earle's Instant Boost Skin Tonic. I apply this to a cotton pad and gently wipe round my face I also hold over my eyes for a few seconds and then gently sweep away to remove stubborn mascara.
Step 3 - Moisturise and Hydrate
The final step in my Morning routine is to moisturise and this is the most Important step for me as I have very dry skin. At the moment I have been mixing 2 products Liz Earle's Skin Repair Moisturiser in dry/sensative and Sarah Chapman's Skinesis Intense Hydration booster. I apply a pea size amount of both to a damp face to make sure my face is very hydrated before applying any makeup.
Here is me after as you can see I have a little redness around the nose as this is my most dry and sensitive part, but since following this routine I have seen a big improvement in my skin.
Hope you have enjoyed this and sorry for all the photos
