Feeling stressed and run-down can weaken your immune and digestive system, not to mention really mess up your emotions. All of this can have a negative effect on your skin. If your digestive, immune, and detox systems aren’t working at their best, your body needs to find alternative ways to get rid of toxins from food, drink and the environment (as well as the emotional toxins from the stress), and this is often through the skin. This can lead to acne, eczema, psoriasis, other skin problems and, of course, the dreaded wrinkles.

Anyone have any de-stressing techniques to share ?
