sleep-deprivatiom from working all week, party all weekend, and caring for children and loved-ones – doesn't leave much time for adequate rest and sleep. This means that out bodies don't have time to deep-clean and repair, so the toxins build-up and overwhelm our bodies systems.
Rest and a good nights sleep is a key beauty tool.

Ive been trying really hard to get more sleep, this helps as I realise how bad it is not having enough sleep!

yep lack of sleep isn't good at all, if you are struggling there are lots of natural products that can help, like lavander pillow mist and soothing bubble baths.

Sleep is so important. It is easy to put in on the back burner but definitely never should. Hope you catch up on yours!
